Currently we are looking for volunteers who could assist in the following areas:

Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aid

We are in need of a volunteer registered nurse for 5-10 hours per week, who can assist in supervising nurse instructors, conduct a review of classroom schedules, perform clinical duties and recruit students. This position requires a current RN License in the District of Columbia. Past experience teaching adult Learners and/or train the trainer course (CPR/First Aid/AED). Criminal background and medical screening, ACLS certified, strong communication skills. This position may lead to a hafl time paid position as Assistant Director of Nursing at CC&NAC.

Summer Youth Employment Program Computer Training

Currently we are looking for a volunteer who has skills in web design and Dreamweaver. Citiwide will be teaching three classes, Monday through Friday. Each class will last three hours. The ideal volunteere will assist with one of these classes five days a week and will have an interst in teaching DC youth ages 15-18 about web design.
