March 20, 2011 - Citiwide Announces Summer Youth Employment Program 2011

The CitiWide Computer and Nursing Assistant Center’s (CCNAC) Summer Youth Employment Program is designed to provide DC Youth ages 14-21 with computer technology training and healthcare work experience and the opportunity to develop job, financial literacy and life skills during the six weeks training program from June-August each year.

February 5, 2011 - Citiwide On Your Side Produces Video

The students of Citiwide's After School Program, which takes place every school day from 3pm - 6pm, collaborated to produce "Citiwide On Your Side: Daily News From Your Favorite After School Center." They spent a couple weeks planning, and two days shooting. Enjoy.

Jan 17, 2011 - Citiwide Nursing Assistant Program Starts Today!

CitiWide Computer Training Center (dba) CitiWide Computer Training and Nursing Assistant Center (CCT&NAC) has been granted License from the Education Licensure Commission of the District of Columbia to provide the following vocational services to the community: 1. Nursing Assistant Training and 2. Home Health Aide Training. This was granted on September 21, 2010 at a meeting held by the DC Education Licensure Commission. Click Here for more information.

Jan 4, 2011 - Vote for Citiwide's Pepsi Refresh Project!

PepsiCitiWide is participating in the Pepsi Refresh Everything Contest and wishes to solicit your support. Our idea is to raze two unit apartment buildings which share a common wall and will build an approximately 7,200 square foot Modern Center at 929-931 Kennedy Street NW Washington, D.C. 20011, which will serve as a community center and will house workforce development programs, a computer lab, training classrooms and day care programs to serve low income neighborhood children in Ward 4.
